It is necessary to increase to the burden of kidney. It is not a big problem for normal people. But for kidney disease or the patients of chronic renal insufficiency, it is “stand in the way” for care of disease. Of course, it is good for us to drink a little wine like strengthen protection for ultraviolet injury . B ut the little is a less and a less. It is equivalent to a few grams alcohol for about one day. It is not the same less for normal days. It is difficult to control. So it is best for kidney disease to stay away form wines.
