Kidney is very important for people, usually we heard of some people say to sell kidney or transplant kidney, a kidney will be worth of thousands of dollars, because people have two kidneys, it also led to a lot of people in sell the kidney, because they think one kidney is also okay. Why does this happen? Because there are more and more people with anemia of chronic nephritis now. What is this kind of disease?

1. Renal anemia: Renal anemia refers to a variety of factors resulting in renal Erythropoietin (Epo) deficiency or uremia some toxins in the plasma interfere with the formation and metabolism of red blood cells lead to anemia, chronic renal insufficiency to the end of the common complications. The degree of anemia is often associated with the degree of renal dysfunction. Renal anemia is a concomitant symptom of chronic kidney disease. Once the patients with chronic kidney disease have renal anemia, they often have symptoms of pale complexion, pale conjunctiva and pale lip gloss.

2. Introduction to the disease: If the patient’s lips and face are pale, the doctor will examine the patient's conjunctiva and find the pale, combined with the hemoglobin check, the patient will be diagnosed with anemia. However, there are many causes of anemia, of which kidney factors are often overlooked.

Renal anemia occurs in renal dysfunction, worsening of renal function and worsening, severe anemia, the prognosis is poor. The so-called renal anemia, refers to anemia caused by renal damage. Clinical diagnosis can ask history of kidney disease, check serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen can conclude. However, some patients had no obvious renal disease performance and history, combined with urine tests that have never been done before and found that they look good to go to the hospital for treatment, often misdiagnosed as aplastic anemia, in fact, experienced doctors will check serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, because the inspection method is simple and easy, it will greatly reduce the misdiagnosis rate.

3 The main reason

(1) reduced erythropoietin. Due to kidney damage caused by renal disease, renal erythropoietin and erythropoietin decreased, affecting the bone marrow formation and maturation of erythrocyte link. This is the most important cause of renal anemia.

(2) Malnutrition. Because of the need for long-term control of kidney disease protein intake, combined with the amount of urine protein excretion, plasma protein concentration decreased, reducing the protein as a hematopoietic material and cause renal anemia.

(3) Bleeding. Chronic kidney disease, especially in patients with end stage chronic renal failure often have bleeding tendency, if there is epistaxis, gingival bleeding, gastrointestinal absorption of iron deficiency so that iron deficiency lead to renal anemia.

(4) Toxins. Human kidney secretion and excretion, the body can metabolize the waste and toxins in the form of urine excreted, but also has the secretion of erythropoietin and other hormone function.
