The main pathological patterns of nephropathy nephropathy includes :minimal lesion、membranous nephropathy 、membranous proliferative nephropathy 、mesangial proliferative nephropathy 、focal segmental glomerular sclerosis type 5.Clinical classification has a closely relationship with pathological type .The pathological patterns of typeⅠ of primary nephrotic syndrome is :minimal lesion 、slight mesangial proliferative nephritis 、time limit for a project membrane nephropathy .The pathological patterns of type Ⅱincludes slight、middle 、severe mesangial proliferative nephritis 、membranous proliferative nephropathy 、membranous nephropathy 、focal segmental glomerular sclerosis .

Common pathological patterns and characteristics

1.Nephritis of tiny lesions: The pathology is charactered by glomerular epithelial cell foot process fusion ,the onset is hidden ,commonly seen in the children(infant food)and teenage (teenage food) ,which account for 2/3 of nephrotic syndrome in children ,the adult account for 20% of the primary nephrotic syndrome .The clinical symptoms includes primary nephrotic syndrome Ⅰtype 、microscopic hematuria (20-25%)、don’t have gross hematuria .

2.Mesangial proliferative nephritis : It is common to see in the teenage ,onset of the hidden also can acute attack .Most accompany with blood urine(give priority to with microscopic hematuria) and light 、middle high blood pressure (blood pressure food)

3.Membranous nephropathy:Commonly patients will occur this disease after 35 years old ,which account for about 30% of the nephrotic syndrome ,the lesion develop slowly ,will easily occur venous thrombus ,while rarely see gross hematuria .

4.Membranous proliferative nephritis : Commonly have prodromic infection ,quickly onset ,almost all patients will have microscopic hematuria ,the renal function present progressive reduce ,about 1/3 of the patients will accompany with high blood pressure .

5.Focal segmental nephritis : It is commonly seen in teenage ,almost all patients are hiddenly onset .Occur more is nephrotic syndrome and then microscopic hematuria ,the renal function progressive reduce .
