Physical exercise is often the "abandoned", nephropathy patients thought should rest when suffer from kidney disease, not too tired. In fact, proper physical exercise, such as playing ball, jogging, swimming, etc., can promote metabolism, is conducive to toxins excreted in the body, have a very good effect of the prevention and treatment of kidney disease.

The positive effect of physical exercise on the kidney is generally manifested in two aspects: first, to promote the excretion capacity of the kidneys. Renal excretion of metabolic waste in the process of movement increases, like urea, creatinine and so on, in order to maintain the stability of the environment within the body, the kidneys must accelerate the excretion of lactic acid and fat metabolism, so as to ensure the sports ability.

The second effect is to increase the reabsorption capacity of the kidneys. As exercise increases perspiration, the body's water decreases. In order to retain moisture and salt, the kidneys increase reabsorption of these substances.

However, we should pay special attention to the point that patients with kidney disease in the basic rehabilitation of a year, should not do strenuous exercise, so as not to fatigue and lead to recurrence of kidney disease. For the physical exercise of patients with kidney disease, jogging, walking, Tai Chi and so on should be the main factor. Patients with kidney disease can not exercise, but the amount of exercise should be under the guidance of a doctor, and only in this way can be conducive to the early recovery of kidney disease.
