1、There is certain requirements for the intake of protein for patients with allergic purpura nephritis.
Patients with allergic purpura nephritis don’t strictly control intake of protein, and don’t emphasis high protein diet, continuous low plasma protein can reduce immunity to cause infection, repeated edema to aggravate the state of an illness. High-protein diet can cause glomerular filtration,for a long time , it can promote the glomerular sclerosis.
The intake of protein is in 1g\kg body weight everyday, it should give priority with high quality protein, protein can be appropriately used, adult can intake 60 grams everyday,it should give priority with high biological protein such as eggs, lean, fresh milk.
2、Patients with allergic purpura nephritis don’t need to control the intake of water without less urine and edema, edema of patients should master the intake of water according to the degree of edema and urine. Generally,edema is obvious, the intake of water should limit in 500-800 ml\day excepting eating food. After urinary tract infection,patients should drink more and have frequent urination to avoid and reduce bacteria to stay in urinary and to breed in order to achieve the purpose of washing the bladder and urethra.
3、Patients with allergic purpura nephritis maintain low-salt diet
The intake is in 1-3 grams everyday, server edema should limit to 0.5g. If patients don’t have edema and high blood pressure, they don’t need to limit salt,they can intake 10 grams,which is the same with normal people. Limiting the intake of salt mainly aim at edema and hypertension, because no limiting salt can aggravate water-sodium retention,it is difficult to fade away edema. The control of salt is in 2-3 grams,potassium increased patients who have less urine should limit the intake of potassium.
4、Patients with allergic purpura nephritis should avoid some food
Spicy, fried food is easy to be allergic,the allergic diet include aquatic products (such as shrimp, crab), pepper, garlic, green onion,coriander,dog, horse meat,and donkey meat. Patients fry without animal oil to relieve hyperlipemia, those without diabetes can add the intake of sugar appropriately to supply energy and reduce the balance of the negative nitrogen.
